Fancy S'mores

Are you a perfectly-toasty-golden-brown person, or a char-it-black-eat-the-burn-and-repeat kinda person?  No, they shouldn't replace your breakfast, but s’mores are kind of a necessary summertime indulgence, don'tcha think!?

A s’more though, like anything you eat, is only as good as the ingredients you use.  I transformed four of my favorite flavor combinations—mint chocolate, salted caramel, lemon meringue pie, and dark chocolate BACON— into s’mores so you could excite those little taste buds of yours.

Food La La Recipe: Fancy S’mores

First, toast that marshmallow up however golden or black-and-crispy as ya like. Then sandwich between graham crackers and add any of these fun flavor combos!

The Staples:

  • Marshmallows:  Look for jumbo-sized or even square shaped ones for easy stacking! (I found these square ones at Targè.)

  • Graham crackersThese are my all-time favorite (but buy them in-store and not online . . . looks like they often arrive broken!) We cut them with a sharp knife to make them the same size as the marshmallows.
