Are you ever envious of the person grinding their own peanuts into fresh peanut butter at Whole Foods?! (Me either…) But fresh and homemade is always better, and when it’s as easy as this recipe, why not?! Twelve minutes and two ingredients later….voilà!
Eat it on toast or off of a spoon, or freeze into balls for an easy, clean treat. And if you want to get next-level, combine it with soy sauce for a Thai-like chicken satay dipping sauce. ✌🏻
