WHAT IS THE EVENT MINIMUM?

Each event style has a different minimum. Click here for a breakdown. If your party is smaller, you’ll be charged for the minimum number of guests and can enjoy the surplus of goodies! (Macarons freeze really well—but we’ll tell ya more about that later!)

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN MY EVENT?

Generally, everything is included except the venue (if you choose to host offsite). But, here’s a quick reminder of what you’ll get:

  • Macaron Favors: 3-4 designer macarons per guest, including box. Event staff will host the booth and package macarons for your guests!

  • Le Macaron Bar: All the materials for your guests to decorate their own box of macarons to take home (Signature Box = 8-10 macarons, Mini Box = 3-4 macarons). Event staff is onsite to inspire creativity and conduct team building competitions if you’d like!

  • Savory Macaron Happy Hour: Five curated wine pairings and five savory macarons per guest. One wine glass and one printed tasting card per guest. Event staff to distribute macaron and wine pairings, and educate guests.

  • Macaron Masterclass: Each guest will take home a full box (about 8-10 ) of their own designer macarons plus our prized recipe packet. Bubbly is poured inexhaustibly.

AS THE HOST, WHAT WILL I NEED TO PROVIDE?

Typically, all we request from our host is a table and linens (size/quantity will be determined by number of guests and style of event).

I WANT TO BOOK AN EVENT BUT DON’T HAVE A VENUE. CAN YOU HELP?

Most of our clients host in their office, retail store, or home. Heck, we’ve even hosted in the wilderness. However, if you’re looking to spread your wings, we can book you in one of San Francisco’s most intimate spaces. Depending on your desired date/time, venue fees typically range from $350-$600.

HOW ARE SETUP AND CLEAN UP HANDLED?

The Food La La squad will arrive one hour before your event to handle set up.  Post-event, we’ll need about 30-45 minutes to leave your space sparkling clean!

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

To hold your date, we request a 50% nonrefundable deposit. The remaining balance is due 72 hours prior to your event, and is also nonrefundable. Once you confirm your final guest count, you will be charged for that total (even if your headcount drops the day of).

Currently, we host in the Bay Area (and southern California by special request).

ON A MORE SERIOUS NOTE, HOW DO YOU PRONOUNCE MACARON?

This is a tricky one. The French pronounce it by delicately choking on the -RON. But for us? It’s easier to just say mack-uh-roon. Practice your French accent, or just call it a mack-uh-roon. However you pronounce it, we know what you’re talking about!

OMG! WE ALMOST FORGOT!

Our macarons are all hand made (naturally GF!), using only the finest whole ingredients: sugar, almonds, and egg whites. You'll never find any preservatives here!
