A savory macaron still has the signature texture—chewy yet airy, with a slightly crunch exterior— but is filled with salty, herbaceous, hot or spicy flavors. Each macaron is a work of art, highlighting exotic and globally-inspired ingredient combinations. Carefully crafted, each is expertly paired (by our friends at Biondivino Wine Boutique) with organic, natural, biodynamic wines from small growers and vignerons.
The deets: $70-$90 per guest, 1.5-2 hour event hostessing, 20+ minimum guest count
