Halloween Night In Menu

I’ve always loved Halloween. These days my favorite way to celebrate Halloween is with a cozy night in, a big bowl of Squid Ink Pasta, and a sweet treat or two to go with a festive movie.

Whether you are hosting, trick-or-treating, or staying in, these recipes make for the perfect spooky menu!

To Sip: Spooky Sangria

This fall-inspired sangria strikes a perfect balance of tricks and treats—it’s loaded with figs, apple, and cinnamon, and is topped off with a creepy floating ice-hand for a good-spirited spook! It is the perfect way to start off your Halloween night!

For Dinner: Squid Ink Spaghetti with Chili and Charred Lemon

This Squid Ink Pasta gives you all the cozy night in vibes, while still adding a little sprinkle of Halloween spook. I top the pasta with caramelized lemons (caramelizing helps remove the bitterness), chili flakes, and a little parmesan.

For something sweet: Chocolate Cashew Butter Cups

It wouldn’t be Halloween without a little treat! These Chocolate Cashew Butter Cups are a healthier take on the traditional chocolate peanut butter candy. Prep them ahead, pop them in the freezer, and have them ready to enjoy when that Halloween sweet tooth hits!
